Cancellation Notice Template
A simple template for contacting RacePro about cancellation or a statutory withdrawal request.
Private-pilot status: paid subscriptions are not currently open. These pages will receive final legal/trader-detail review before live billing is enabled.
Use the Billing Portal first
Once live subscriptions open, ordinary subscription cancellation will be available through the Stripe-hosted Billing Portal from My Account.
Written cancellation / withdrawal notice
If you need to send a written request, email support@tricastracepro.com and include:

We may ask for enough information to identify the subscription, but we will never ask you to send full card details by email.
