Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Tricast RacePro website and member application.

1. Pre-launch status

Tricast RacePro is currently in a private pilot. Paid subscriptions are not open. Final statutory trader details, including the business address required for live consumer sales, will be published before live billing begins.

2. What Tricast RacePro provides

Tricast RacePro provides digital horse-racing information and analytical tools, including model probabilities, racecards, historical results analysis, market comparisons and related research features. It does not accept bets, hold wagering funds or execute gambling transactions.

3. Analytical nature of the service

Model outputs are estimates based on available data. Racing outcomes are uncertain. No projection, ranking, price comparison, Opportunity Radar signal, Hidden Gem, confidence indicator or other output is a guarantee of a result, profit or return.

4. Age restriction

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not use Tricast RacePro if you are under 18.

5. Accounts and security

Member access is personal to the authenticated account. You must not share login access, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected content at scale, interfere with the service, reverse engineer access controls, or use another person’s account without permission.

6. Third-party information

Race and market information may originate from third-party data services. We aim to label unavailable, stale or incomplete data honestly, but availability and accuracy can be affected by source outages, corrections, non-runners, late declarations and other changes.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

RacePro software, presentation, model outputs, editorial analysis and branding are provided for personal use unless a separate written licence says otherwise. You may not republish, resell or commercially redistribute protected RacePro content without permission.

8. Availability

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where practical, we preserve pre-race model snapshots for audit rather than retrospectively rewriting selections after results are known.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Subject to those mandatory rights, you are responsible for decisions you make using information supplied by the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you under applicable law.
